My development: Over my Nevada State College course work my improvement has grown tremendously when it comes to planning and preparation. It’s essential to know how to plan for different levels of learning because some of the time it needs to be just in the back of your mind because you don't want students to struggle and not achieve any improvement because the material is not within their level of learning. I also find that it’s hard sometimes to find content specific material because of the different programs out there it all depends on what school you end up. Becoming aware of resources not only in the classroom but that are available at different websites are great to keep students interested in learning. Even when they are struggling they provide those educational games that are amusing and help them achieve better then what they were.
During my student teaching experiences I find that have planning and the preparedness for the beginning of the school day is essential for a first year or a teacher in training to have ready to go. You need a structure to guide you because in the end this is really all very new to you because you have never had to apply your skills as much as you do when you are a guest teacher. You need to adapt to the learning styles of every student adjust lessons at a moment notice because with certain students they may get this in one subject but not get another concept in a different subject. You need to provide available resources for students that are easily accessible to avoid the conflict of students wandering as well as creating independent learners. We also need to grow with are students and earn their respect and build a community within the classroom. At the end of my journey through this specific domain I feel that I have become proficient but that I still have work to accomplish in mastering this skill with efficiency.
