Physical Classroom Environment (In my student teaching classroom) The goal for this arrangement in the classroom was to move towards incorporating more Kagan like strategies with the students so that they could have face partners, shoulder partners, as well as students that work on their or just above their levels. This specific artifact touches component 2e: organizing physical space. The big issue in the classroom at the beginning of the year was how many students were actually going to be in the classroom.. 30 or more. Moving desks around was hard because that leaves little space to move around. I feel that this is the best possible format for the classroom because it not only incorporates cooperative learning. The classroom is still accessible for many of the things students need around the classroom.
