Taking Interest in students as individuals: This activity provides a icebreaker to get to know your students it gives students time to relate and think who are they and what do they want people to know. It provides you as an educator a basis of who are you students. I think it is really encouraging for teachers to do an activity that is like this because it shows that you care about them. Not only limit this to your students show them an example of one you constructed on yourself show them that your person too not just a teacher.
